Dicle Başaran worked as office manager for a number of international companies such as Bain & Company, IMAP, Unicorn Capital, Teknort Management Consultancy, McKinsey & Company, which is a worldwide leader in management consulting and AIG – American Home Insurance.

Attending McKinsey & Company through the Dusseldorf office, she was a member of the taskforce, which established the Istanbul office.

Dicle has graduated from T.C. Williams in the US, attended Administrative Managers Training Program in Self Management Institute – Keilty, Goldsmith & Company in Amsterdam Netherlands, Interviewing Skills Training for Recruitment in London

She has vast experience in office management, maintenance of the premises, purchasing, managing support staff, recruitment, interaction and coordination with global and regional offices, transportation, planning & organization, project management in multinational conferences & retreats.

Dicle is a fluent Turkish and English speaker with knowledge of German and Arabic.

Besides her personal interest in Jazz and Aikido Dicle has also opened and operated her own Jazz Club called Dice in Bodrum Bitez and the Poupon Jazz Club in Bebek Istanbul together with the Doors.

Dicle is collaborating with international partners in this venture.
